The new function is available in chats, and users can access it through WhatsApp Settings. It supports five languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, and Hindi. This allows users to transcribe voice notes without the requirement for an outside application.

To enable it, users must click on Settings and then to the Chats area. Then, users will see a toggle bar for the function. Following activation, a transcribe prompt will display beneath the voice notes. Clicking on it will see a transcribed version underneath the original voice note.

Soon after receiving a voice message, you will have the choice to transcribe it or not. Keep in mind that after you enable the option in Settings, it will become visible. When you select the transcribe option, a file will be downloaded, and the text of the voice note will appear below it.
