According to The Verge, iPhones running iOS 17 or above can only create stickers on the app. On a related note, the company is testing the option to apply text formatting to messages. The text messages can be formatted to be forwarded as code block (useful for developers), quote block (for sending messages as quotes) and list items, WABetaInfo noted.
Plus, the company is testing the option to share polls in WhatsApp channels on Android (beta version - 2.24.2.11). Enrolled testers and channel owners can download the beta build from the Google Play Store to check out the feature. Do note that the votes polled by followers remain anonymous and are not revealed to channel members.
