The billionaire businessman, who paid $44 billion to purchase X (formerly known as Twitter) in 2022, wants to transform the platform into an "everything app" that allows users to share videos and TV episodes as well as make digital payments.

Meanwhile, YouTube is creating a new feature that would allow users to see what's inside a video. Until recently, Elon Musk's X has offered the Community Notes function, which allows users to verify the veracity of the content.

The report now claims that a new feature that allows users to add community-sourced context to videos. It will be called Notes and will allow people to provide additional material to help define what the video is about.
