Xiaomi 13 Pro 5G Exchange Offer:

Extended Warranty For These Redmi and POCO Phones:

The company has announced the Redmi Note 10 Pro, Redmi Note 10 Pro Max and POCO X3 Pro. Redmi Note 12 Pro and Pro Max users facing problems with the front camera or the system UI may approach the authorised service point to avail free-of-cost repairs. Do note a user cannot claim a free extended warranty one year after the purchase warranty expires.

In the video shared on Twitter, Muralikrishnan B, President of Xiaomi India, iterated on the problems faced by some Xiaomi users and said the company aims to solve these problems through these steps.

"In the recent past, there have been a few products where we believe we have not matched the high standards that we kept for ourselves. There have been issues where people have had failures with their phones, and we believe it is our responsibility to react to that situation and take care of the interests of our consumers," he said.
