XIAOMI, one of the major smartphone manufacturers has finally launched its flagship Xiaomi 13 Ultra in China with a Leica-tuned camera setup and the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset along with the LTPO OLED panel. The smartphone had already become a target of the leaks which somewhat came out to be true.

Xiaomi 13 Ultra Specifications:

The all-new Xiaomi 13 Ultra, announced in a live event, would feature a massive 6.73-inch 2K AMOLED LTPO curved display with a variable refresh rate panel of 120 Hz and a resolution of 3200 x 1440 pixels. The screen would be protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. The brightness, as per the company stands at 2600 nits peak brightness.

Under the hood, the smartphone gets the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset paired with Adreno GPU. The smartphone gets up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage, which is not expandable. The smartphone is backed by a 5000mAh battery with a fast charging support of 90W. The smartphone would be running on MIUI 14 based on Android 13.

In terms of optics, the smartphone features a quad camera setup that includes a 50 MP Sony IMX989 primary shooter with Hyper-Optical Image Stabilisation, an 8P Lens, EIS, Leica's Vario-Summicron aspherical lens, a 50 MP Sony IMX858 ultra-wide-angle lens, a 50MP super telephoto sensor with OIS, and a 50MP telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom. The smartphone has a 32 MP front camera for selfies and video calls.

Xiaomi 13 Ultra Price In China:

In China, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra starts at RMB 5999 (approx Rs 71,600) for the 12 GB/256 GB variant, and tops out at RMB 7299 (approx Rs 87,200). The smartphone is available in three colours: olive green, black, and white.
