Xiaomi, a Chinese smartphone maker, has launched its latest book-style foldable phone - Mi Mix Fold 3, in its homeland today. It comes with Leica-tuned camera lenses and a stronger hinge for added durability. The device gets a quad camera setup on the back and a centre punch-hole selfie lens on the cover display. There is a Xiaomi branding at the bottom. The smartphone gets 67W wired and 50W wireless charging support.

Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 Specifications

Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 sports an 8.03-inch E6 AMOLED 2K LTPO main and a 6.56-inch AMOLED FHD+ cover screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of up to 2600 nits. The panel is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2. Xiaomi claims a thickness of 4.93mm (unfolded) and 9.8mm (folded) for the device.

Under the hood, the phone sports a 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 CPU and Adreno 740 GPU. It runs on Android 13 on top of MIUI 14. The foldable boasts a 4800mAh battery that supports 67W wired and 50W wireless charging. According to Xiaomi, the device can fully charge in 40 minutes at 67W power.

As for the highly-anticipated optics, the device has a 50MP main, 13MP ultrawide, 10MP telephoto and 10MP periscope lens on the back. For selfies, the phone sports a 20MP lens. For security and connectivity and the phone sports Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, a side-mounted fingerprint reader, a Type-C port and NFC support. According to Xiaomi, the phone has TÜV Rheinland Extreme Folding certification of 5,00,000 folds.

Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 Price

Here is the variant-wise price of the newly launched Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 handset. A reader must note that the phone has not been launched in India.

- 12GB + 256GB - 8,999 Yuan (roughly Rs 1,03,000)

- 16GB + 512GB - 9,999 Yuan (approximately Rs 1,14,500)

- 16GB+1TB - 10,999 Yuan (about Rs 1,26,500)

Besides announcing the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3, the company also launched the Redmi K60 Ultra, Xiaomi Band 8 Pro, Xiaomi Pad 6 Max and Xiaomi CyberDog 2.
