Deepinder Goyal, CEO of Eternal Ltd (the parent company of Zomato), has unveiled an exciting new product—a no-code customer support platform driven by artificial intelligence. The platform, named Nugget AI, is designed to offer businesses an affordable and customizable customer service solution, all without the need for any coding.

Goyal shared the news on X, explaining that Nugget AI aims to simplify customer support for businesses, allowing them to grow without requiring a dedicated development team. This marks the first product release from Eternal Labs, following the announcement of Zomato’s parent company.

“Nugget was originally built as an internal tool over three years ago and now handles over 15 million support interactions per month for Zomato, Blinkit, and Hyperpure. We’re excited to open it up for global businesses—90% of those who’ve experienced Nugget have signed up,” Goyal posted on X.

As for its capabilities, Nugget AI has been designed to autonomously resolve up to 80% of customer queries, cutting down resolution times by 20%. The system is constantly learning and adapting in real-time, making it a smart solution for businesses with no tech teams.

With a proven track record of supporting over 15 million customer interactions across Zomato, Blinkit, and Hyperpure, Nugget AI boasts an impressive 99.99% uptime. The platform can handle everything from intelligent conversations and image classification to quality audits—ideal for sectors like food delivery, retail, and small businesses. It even helps teams by summarizing chats, suggesting smart actions, and providing context-specific recommendations to boost productivity.
