Hyderabad Murder Case: The Hyderabad Police recovered the naked body of an unidentified woman stuffed in a bag near an auto-rickshaw stand in the Cherlapally railway station premises, in the city on Tuesday. According to police, the body of the woman was found with her hands and legs tied.

The railway employees alerted the police at around 3.30 pm after spotting the white colour bag. Police, after opening the bag, found the woman's body, the official said.

Soon after the news about the discovery of the woman's body in a bag, locals and railway staff gathered at the spot. Panic spread among local after hearing about the murder. However, the police rushed to the spot and controlled the situation.

The cause of death is still not known, and the body was shifted to a state-run hospital for a postmortem, the official said.

IndiaTV reported that the body of a young woman was found wrapped in a sack. The police said they were investigating the matter from a murder angle. They suspect that she was murdered approximately three days ago.

Woman's Age Is Estimated Between 25-30 Years

Police estimated the deceased to be between 25 and 30 years old. As the body was naked, there is a probability that it is a case of sexual crime. Police suspect the victim was sexually assaulted before being murdered. The Rajendranagar police collected evidence and started examining the CCTV footage from nearby locations. They cordoned off the area where the bag was found.

Senior police officials arrived at the scene and launched an investigation, appealing to the public to come forward if they had any information related to the case. They said any input from the public may lead to the murderer.
