Indiramma Illu Application Status 2025: The Telangana government transferred financial assistance of Rs 1 lakh each to 2,019 beneficiaries, under the Indiramma housing scheme, who have completed the construction of the basement, Housing Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy announced on Tuesday. 

Over 2,000 beneficiaries were identified under the pilot phase out of 70,122. This was the first of decided four instalments, and each beneficiary would be provided with Rs 5 lakh in total to construct a house.

The Minister added that a total of Rs 20.19 crore was transferred to the accounts of 2019 beneficiaries who met the criteria. Srinivas Reddy assured that there would be no disruption in the construction of Indiramma house and that financial difficulties would not delay the release of funds. The Chief Minister of State, A Revanth Reddy, handed over cheques to 12 beneficiaries during the Congress Legislature Party (CLP) held in the city.

Another instalment of Rs 1.25 lakh would be transferred on completion of walls; Rs 1.75 lakh after laying the slab, and the remaining Rs 1 lakh after complete construction of the house, said the Housing Minister


Four Instalments Of Rs 5 Lakh

First Rs 1 lakh on completion of the basement

1,25 on completion of the walls

Another 1.75 on completion of the slab

Last Rs 1 lakh after completing the construction of the house.

Unconventionally, the official will not visit the house to see the completion of the construction. The candidates will have to upload photos of the completed works (basement, wall and slab) in an app of the Housing Department, rather than waiting for officials to pay a visit.

According to the direction from the ministry, the house should be built in at least 400 square feet and should not exceed 600 square feet. In November 2024, the Minister said that the government aims to construct 20 lakh houses in next four years.

Applicants enrolled under the Telangana Indiramma Illu Scheme, and want to check their application form status, can see the report online using the following steps-

 

  • Visit Indiramma Illu official portal i.e. https://indirammaindlu.telangana.gov.in.

  • After that, from the home page, click on the Application Search option from More.

  • Then a new tab opens on the screen.

  • Now enter Mobile Number, Aadhar Number, FSC card Number, Application ID, etc. to check the further details.

Check Payment Status Online 

Applicants can check their Indiramma Illu Scheme payment status online by following the steps listed below:-

  • Navigate Telangana Indiramma Illu scheme official website.

  • After that, click on the Login option available on the home page.

  • Then enter the login details and click on the Login Option.

  • Now select the beneficiary option and check the payment status.

  • In this way, individuals can check their scheme payment details.

The state government has categorised the Indiramma Illu scheme beneficiaries in three categories, L1, L2 and L3.L1 refers to those citizens who have their land but don’t have living house. L2 indicates those people who don’t have both land and house and L3 means applicants who have both land and house and still applied for the scheme.
