AIIMS Colleges In India: Eligibility Criteria

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) offers admission to diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs, with qualifying requirements varying by course and branch.

UG Courses: Candidates must achieve a minimum qualifying percentile of 50 per cent for general category students and 45 per cent for reserved category candidates in the entrance test.

PG Courses: Candidates in the General/OBC/EWS categories must have obtained at least 55 per cent aggregate marks in their MBBS/BDS programs, while those in the SC/ST categories need a minimum of 50 per cent aggregate marks.

PhD Courses: Candidates must have completed an MBBS/BDS with at least 55 per cent aggregate marks, or hold an MD/MS/MDS/DM/MCh in the relevant discipline, or be a Diplomate of the National Board of Examination.
