This station, known as haunted, since a woman had died under strange circumstances here. She was seen on the track late one evening. The fear was so intense that it sparked more stories like these, and finally, the station was closed for more than 40 years, due to widespread fear of paranormal activity, before it was opened again in 2009. To this date, locals avoid this place after dusk.

Barog Station, Himachal Pradesh
Barog Station, near a tunnel on the Kalka-Shimla line, is reportedly haunted by the ghost of a British engineer who committed suicide there in colonial times. Some visitors report feeling his presence in the tunnel. However, some travellers across social media have confirmed that the stations don't feel frightening, but only sorrowful.

Ludhiana Station, Punjab
As per rumours, a ghost of an ex-worker, Subhash, who was killed years back in the reservation office, is still haunting that office of Ludhiana station. Incidents of light bulbs going on and off, chairs jerking, and some even think they have seen his shadow.
Dombivli Station, Maharashtra
Regular commuters at this Mumbai suburban railway station have frequently described seeing a woman weeping near the tracks. Several accidents and suicides have occurred here, creating an eerie effect, particularly late in the evening.
