Top 10 Most Selling Smartphones Globally In Q1 2025: In the first quarter of 2025, Apple's iPhone 16 became the best-selling smartphone model globally, causing a major shift in the global smartphone market. For the first time in two years, an iPhone model topped the list, according to Counterpoint Research. Apple's outstanding performance was further evidenced by the iPhone 16 Pro Max and iPhone 16 Pro, which took the second and third places, respectively. Additionally, the iPhone 15 was among the top five, demonstrating Apple's ongoing supremacy in the high-end smartphone market.

The Galaxy A16 5G's fifth-place finish worldwide further demonstrated Samsung's advanced sales. The Galaxy A06 4G's performance in emerging markets such as Latin America, the Middle East and Africa made it especially notable. Seventh place went to the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Sales in developing markets were the main reason Xiaomi's Redmi 14C made it into the top ten. With almost 20% of global smartphone sales, the low-end smartphone market, especially those under $100, is growing at the fastest rate. This pattern suggests that there is a growing need for reasonably priced smartphones, particularly in developing nations.
