Being one of the most talked-about films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with a star-studded cast and unexpected plot twists, the anticipation for this Russo Brothers' superhero movie is reaching new heights ahead of its theatrical release on December 18, 2026. Even before the first trailer of Avengers Doomsday, which is expected to be unveiled alongside James Cameron's upcoming Avatar: Fire And Ash, set for release on December 19, a new detail about the movie has emerged online, sending fans wild once again. This time, the runtime of the trailer has been leaked, hinting that the makers are planning something big and may even break a major rule for the first time in 14 years.

Avengers Doomsday Trailer Runtime Details

A viral post on X shared an update about Marvel's upcoming movie. According to a listing from the Korea Media Rating Board, the first Avengers Doomsday trailer's runtime reportedly has a runtime of 1 minute 25 seconds. The board is an official service used by Marvel Studios to register and approve trailers before they are released online.

It appears this is not a full-length trailer but a teaser trailer, yet longer than the usual Disney films in recent times, including Moana, The Devil Wears Prada 2, and Toy Story 5, which were mostly around 50 seconds long.

Fans were quick to react and flooded social media with their excitement. One X user wrote, "the most peak duo incoming! I need to hear doom's voice in the trailer."

Avengers Doomsday Expected Trailer Release Date

According to an X post by Marvel Cinematic Universe News, the Avengers: Doomsday trailer will release this Thursday, December 11. A video on Marvel Studios' official page is labeled 'private video,' adding fuel to the rumours.

Ahead of Avengers: Doomsday's theatrical release on December 18, 2026, Marvel recently announced a re-release of Avengers: Endgame in September 2026.
