Avengers Doomsday First Teaser: Finally, the wait is over. After much anticipation, the first teaser for Avengers Doomsday has officially been released by Marvel Studios. Chris Evans is all set to return as Steve Rogers aka Captain America, in an upcoming film directed by the Russo Brothers. In a new plot twist, Captain America is the father to a newborn child. Ahead of the official teaser release, the glimpses of Chris Evans from Avengers Doomsday had leaked online. Marvel is building up excitement for Doomsday, which hits cinemas in December 2026.
Avengers Doomsday First Teaser Out
On Tuesday evening, the MCU dropped the first teaser trailer for Avengers Doomsday after it was screened in theatres last Thursday during initial screenings of James Cameron's Avatar: Fire and Ash.
The teaser opens with glimpses of Chris Evans aka Steve Rogers, parking his bike outside a wooden house and entering the bungalow as a piano rendition of the Avengers theme plays in the background. He touches his Captain America suit and is seen keeping it inside a box. The scene shifts to Evans holding a newborn baby in his arms. While holding the baby, Steve adores his child nd gets emotional. At the end of the teaser, a text appears that read, "Steve Rogers will return in Avengers: Doomsday."

Marvel also dropped the first poster for Doomsday, featuring a green hue reminiscent of Doctor Doom’s famous costume colour.

Fans' Reactions To Avengers Doomsday Teaser
Soon after teaser unveil, eargerly awaited fans flooded the comments section with their excitement.
One user wrote, "All we have to do now… is survive until 18 December 2026." Another user commented, "Our Captain has returned." Another comment read, "So the leaked video was real."
Avengers Doomsday Cast
Beside Chris Evans, Doomsday will see the return of Robert Downey Jr as villain, Doctor Doom instead of Tony Stark along with Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Mackie, Danny Ramirez, Sebastian Stan, Paul Rudd, Tom Hiddleston, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, Simu Liu, Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Florence Pugh, David Harbour, Wyatt Russell, Hannah John-Kamen and Lewis Pullman.
The new instalment of Avengers will also feature cast members from X-Men universe, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Kelsey Grammer, Alan Cumming, James Marsden, Channing Tatum and Rebecca Romijn will cross over into the MCU.

Avengers Doomsday Release Date
The next Marvel adventure, Avengers Doomsday, is set to release on December 18, 2026. The makers officially announced the release date alongside the teaser unveil.
