Leonardo DiCaprio is a celebrated name in the realm of Hollywood. The actor stepped into the acting world as a heartthrob and later became a working legend. His talented and unique style of approaching his characters redefined the scope of modern acting. Leonardo DiCaprio, despite giving major hits, has rarely watched any of his movies. Recently, the actor told director Paul Thomas Anderson during an interview with Esquire that there is only one movie from his filmography that he has watched more than any of his works - and it's none other than The Aviator. “That’s simply because it was such a special moment to me,” he explained.

Reflecting on the same, the star stated, “I was thirty. It was the first time as an actor that I got to feel implicitly part of the production, rather than just an actor hired to play a role. I felt responsible in a whole new way. I’ve always felt proud and connected to that film as such a key part of my growing up in this industry and taking on the role of a real collaborator for the first time.”

The Aviator is a story about a Hollywood director and producer Howard Hughes's life from the 1920s to the 1940s. This biographical drama, which features Leonardo DiCaprio, explores Hughes's ventures in filmmaking, his passion for flying and his innovative work in aviation. The supporting cast includes Cate Blanchett as Katharine Hepburn, Kate Beckinsale as Ava Gardner, Ian Holm, John C. Reilly, Alec Baldwin, Jude Law, Gwen Stefani, Kelli Garner, Matt Ross, Willem Dafoe, Alan Alda and Edward Herrmann.
