The couple is expected to exchange vows in September 2025 in a star-studded two-day ceremony, more intimate than a grand one. Gomez has kept her lips tight about the details of her upcoming wedding to her fiancé and record producer Benny Blanco, but has been creating buzz with some details like what she wants and doesn't want on her big day. The singer recently hinted at the menu she wants for her wedding. The couple plans to ditch the traditional wedding cake for something with a more personal touch.

Selena Gomez Reveals Wedding Menu Plan

Selena, in a video shared by her brand Rare Beauty on Instagram, shared details about her forthcoming nuptials to fiancé Benny Blanco. In the clip, she was heard saying, "Whenever that day comes. I do know I don’t want a big cake.”

Instead, the singer mentioned that she wants a smaller and more intimate dessert, reserved for herself and Blanco. “I think I’d want a mini one for just us that we can freeze," Gomez shared.

Revealing her preferred dessert would be biscuits and gravy. But not anyone’s recipe, she stated, “My Nana’s biscuits and gravy. That sounds like dessert to me.”

Selena Gomez And Benny Blanco's Wedding

Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco will get married in the presence of their close friends and family. As per the Daily Mail report, the couple's star-studded ceremony will take place in California in September. Invitations have already been mailed to the guests, including Selena’s close friend Taylor Swift and her boyfriend, Travis Kelce. "Gomez and Blanco’s wedding is going to be a two-day event in Montecito in September. Everyone invited has been asked to bring overnight bags to stay for the weekend," a source said.

During the July 10 episode of the Therapuss with Jake Shane podcast, Blanco opened up about the type of wedding the couple will have. He said, as quoted by People, "I think it will be, like, chill."

Earlier, the couple shared how food plays a key role in their relationship. "For Valentine's Day, I got her Taco Bell, I made her movie-theatre nachos, I found her favourite pickles from Texas, and I deep-fried them for her. Then I had all her candies and Hot Cheetos," said Blanco.

Blanco also gave advice to couples to learn how to cook for their partners.

"Even if you're terrible at cooking, your partner will like it because you did it," he shared, adding,. "Ask your partner what they want to eat. Don't try to cook them what you want to eat. If you don't know how to cook it -- learn it," as per a People report.

Benny and Selena met each other in 2013, but they started dating in 2023. Back in 2024, the couple officially announced their engagement on Instagram. Since then, they have been serving  couple goals in interviews or through social media posts.
