The movie has created a buzz online as it was initially set to release against Timothée Chalamet’s Marty Supreme in Christamas but now it is set to compete Avatar: Fire & Ash. About The Housemaid Movie

The film has been directed by Paul Feig and produced by Paul Feig, Laura Fischer and Todd Lieberman under the production banner of Hidden Pictures. The music of the film has been composed by Theodore Shapiro, which marks its 7th collaboration with Paul Feig.

The Housemaid’s first footage was unveiled at CinemaCon in April this year. Paul Feig then called the movie ‘a dream come true,’ and added, “Tension and scares and comedy are so wrapped together.” Sweeney also shared her excitement, revealing how she binged Freida McFadden’s Housemaid trilogy, saying, “I could not put it down. I ended up reading all three in one week.”
