Charlie Kirk assassination video:  The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on Friday released a fresh video of the suspected shooter involved in the assassination of conservative activist and Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk. The 31-year-old Republican youth leader was fatally shot on September 10 while addressing students at Utah Valley University.

The newly released footage shows the suspect fleeing across the rooftop moments after firing a single round that struck Kirk in the neck. The man, dressed in black with a cap, sunglasses, and a backpack, can be seen running to the edge of the building before leaping off and disappearing into a wooded area adjacent to the campus.

According to the FBI statement, the shooter was wearing a black long-sleeve shirt featuring an American flag with an eagle design, dark pants, and Converse tennis shoes with visible white soles. Investigators noted the suspect appeared to limp briefly before regaining speed.

Utah Governor Spencer Cox, addressing reporters, cautioned citizens about the surge of misleading content online regarding the assassination. “A tremendous amount of disinformation is circulating, and I urge people not to share it. Our adversaries want chaos and violence,” he said, alleging that Russian and Chinese social media networks were attempting to exploit the tragedy. He also invoked Kirk’s own past words, “When things get bad, we should put our phones down and spend time with our families.”

FBI Special Agent Robert Bohls confirmed that multiple leads are being pursued, though no arrests have been made. “We’re doing everything we can to find him. We’re not sure how far he has gone yet,” Bohls stated. Local police reiterated that the attack appeared “targeted” and that extensive cooperation from the public has already generated valuable tips.
