Billionaire Elon Musk has once again found himself at the center of controversy, this time involving conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair, who has accused him of withholding child support payments and using his wealth to exert control over her and their alleged child.

The dispute escalated after Musk posted on his social media platform, X, expressing uncertainty over whether he was the father of St. Clair’s child. In response, St. Clair labeled Musk a "petulant man-child" and accused him of manipulating financial support as a means of control.

"You weren’t sending me money; you were sending support for your child that you thought was necessary until you withdrew most of it to maintain control and punish me for disobedience," St. Clair stated, adding that Musk was ultimately punishing their child by withholding payments.

She further criticised Musk for attempting to silence her while using his social media platform to spread "derogatory messages" about her and their alleged child. "It’s all about control with you, and everyone can see it," she wrote.

St. Clair's remarks were a direct response to a post by right-wing commentator Laura Loomer, a Trump ally and Musk supporter. Loomer had previously accused St. Clair of being a "gold digger" and a "professional gaslighter," claiming that she was selling a Tesla—allegedly gifted by Musk—to compensate for the $100,000 she says was cut from her child support payments.

Loomer Defends Musk, Calls St. Clair A ‘Gold Digger’

In her defense of Musk, Loomer claimed that St. Clair was attempting to "cash out on a billionaire" and that her financial demands were excessive. "You don’t need USD 3 million to raise a baby," Loomer wrote, arguing that St. Clair was making over USD 25,000 a month from X payouts and questioning why she needed additional funds.

"This is so outrageous that you had sex without birth control, you seemed to have plotted for many years how to get Elon Musk to knock you up, and now you’re complaining because you want more money," Loomer added.

Paternity Test Dispute

St. Clair has maintained that she gave birth to Musk’s 13th child in February and has shared alleged text messages from Musk that suggest he was interested in having more children with her. One message reportedly read, "I want to get you pregnant again," while another stated, "Well, we do have a lot of kids to make."

Musk, for his part, has not denied the possibility of being the father but has refused to acknowledge the child without a paternity test. St. Clair, however, claims that Musk had already declined to take one before the baby was born.
