Caviar, a premium brand that builds custom luxury devices, unveiled its limited-edition Barbiecore collection on Monday. The design aesthetics are inspired by the famous doll Barbie. This time, the special edition models include the unreleased iPhone 15 Pros, Apple Watch 9 and the newly-launched Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5.
According to Caviar, the materials used in the construction (depending on the device) include rubies, fuchsia leather, white diamonds, Swarovski crystals, and 24 Karat rose gold. The cultural phenomenon etched from Barbie's appeal is widely famous as Barbiecore, which has captured the attention of the internet, pop culture and fashion, the release notes.

The designs of the upcoming iPhone and the latest clamshell are a tribute to the pink shoes. It has a feather trim crafted by GINA for the movie Barbie this year. A scene that features these heels went viral on the internet in the past. The packaging comprises elements in blue and pink that add charm to these designs. "A resplendent golden key unlocks a box adorned in a vivid hue of bright fuchsia, adding a touch of excitement to the unveiling experience," Caviar added.
According to the company, it opted to customise iPhone 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max and Watch 9 in Barbiecore style owing to the launch that is slated to happen soon.

The Apple Watch 9 Barbiecore limited edition starts from $1,900 (roughly Rs 1,58,000 after price conversion). The custom Apple iPhone 15 Pro starts from $7,990 (around Rs 6,64,000), and the 15 Pro Max has a starting price tag of $8,630 (approximately Rs 7,17,300) for the 256GB variants. Lastly, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 carries a starting price of $ 8,560 (nearly Rs 7,11,500). All these products are at a concept stage. But are made to order and limited to 99 units per device.
