OpenAI’s popular AI chatbot is down and is facing problems. The users across different different locations including the United States are not able to access the AI service. Notably, this is the second outage in two days. As per the users, ChatGPT is showing Error 429 code is incapable of answering the queries.

According to Downdetector, an outage reporting platform, over 4,000 users have reported disruptions with the ChatGPT. Further highlighting the issues, Downdetector mentioned that over 92 per cent of the users faced challenges with ChatGPT, 7 per cent users reported issues with the website and 1 per cent users reported issues while logging in.

The AI-service also faced an outage yesterday, wherein the chatbot was showing the same Error 420 code. The users were unable to use the services, get answers to their queries. However, the outage was brief and the service was restored in some time.

Meanwhile, the company has introduced its most powerful iteration called ChatGPT Enterprise which is specifically designed for the businesses. With this new product, OpenAI aims to offer features including the access of high-speed accurate GPT-4 access, longer context windows for processing the outputs, data analysis capabilities and more customisation options.
