Amrit-Bharat Express Update: After the Vande Bharat Express, the Agra railway division has been allocated another new train, Amrit Bharat Express, which will operate between Darbhanga and Madar (Ajmer).

The train will stop at Idgah Railway Station. The 22-coach non-AC train will have a maximum speed of 110-130 km/h. The Railway Board has issued orders for its operation, and it will run weekly. The fare and operational date will be announced soon.

Amrit Bharat Express: Check Schedule, Coaches, Others

- Operational Details: The train will depart from Madar Railway Station every Friday at 9:15 PM and reach Darbhanga on Saturday at 12:45 AM. From Darbhanga, it will depart every Sunday at 1:20 PM.

- Speed and Coaches: The train will have a maximum speed of 110-130 km/h and consist of 22 non-AC coaches, including affordable sleeper and general coaches.

- Route and Stations: The train will pass through Idgah Railway Station, and major stops include Madar, Bandikui, Idgah, Tundla, Kanpur, Mankapur, and Darbhanga. More stations may be added soon.

- Design and Purpose: This train is designed for long-distance travel, connecting passengers covering over 800 km or taking more than 10 hours.

The Agra railway division now has four Vande Bharat Express trains, and the introduction of Amrit Bharat Express aims to enhance connectivity and provide more travel options for passengers.
