Ayodhya has been wrapped up in security in response to a threat from Canadian-American Khalistani separatist and chief of Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) Gurupatwant Singh Pannun's threat to blow up the Ram Temple. Tight security arrangements have been made from the entrance to the premises of the temple, and special forces from ATS and CRPF have been deployed at every significant checkpoint. CCTV and drone cameras are monitoring key areas, particularly the nearby areas of the Ram Janmbhoomi complex.

The SP has taken charge of the area nearby Ram Temple, conducting a route march in the yellow zone around the premises by ATS and CRPF personnel. The buses operating on the Ram Path are being minutely checked, and the vehicles are being allowed to enter the premises only after thorough checks. SSP RK Nayyar emphasised that the security in Ayodhya has been strengthened.
