Two prominent mythological and religious sites in Rudauli—Kamakhya Bhavani and Medha Rishi Ashram—will soon be linked to the Ayodhya-Raebareli highway. Currently, these sites are connected via the Ayodhya-Lucknow highway.

The government has sanctioned this project and allocated Rs 17.02 crore out of the total Rs 48.64 crore budget. The construction work will be carried out by Block-4 of the Public Works Department (PWD).

MLA Ramchandra Yadav is credited with securing approval for the project. Following the development of Kamakhya Dham, he is now working towards the development of Medha Rishi Ashram.

Kamakhya Dham has already been granted the status of Nagar Panchayat, and an inspection house has been constructed with government approval. The plan to connect these religious sites to the 330A Ayodhya-Raebareli highway is part of this broader development initiative.

Block-4 JE Mithilesh Kumar has designed the road by integrating multiple rural routes, extending 28.6 km in length. Classified as an "Other District Road," this expansion will enhance connectivity between Ayodhya and Lucknow via the Ayodhya-Lucknow highway.

The route originates from the Maharishi Vamdev religious site in Bawan, Kumarganj, along the Ayodhya-Raebareli highway. It will then pass through Chaudhary ka Purwa, Gadauli, Rauhli, Mahatavan Link Road, Jhau Mishra ka Purwa, Tikai, Backchina, and Bakchuna Link Road before reaching Rudauli Road.

Continuing from Rudauli Road, the route will extend to Hariharpur via Samsi along Barkat Ali Road, ultimately connecting to Ganeshpur Link Road. From Hariharpur, there is a direct route to Kamakhya Bhavani.

According to JE Mithilesh Kumar, the road design ensures smooth access from Bawan in Kumarganj to Saidpur along the Raebareli highway. Beyond Saidpur, the route will lead directly to Medha Rishi Ashram.
