GDA Vice-Chairman Nand Kishor Kalal conducted an inspection of various schemes and under-construction projects managed by the authority. During the tour, he performed a detailed review of the work's progress, construction quality, and the facilities available on-site.
He instructed officials to ensure that every project is completed with high quality and complete transparency within the stipulated timeframe, so that citizens can benefit from the facilities at the earliest.

Projects Inspected
The Vice-Chairman conducted on-site inspections of several major projects, including:
- The new GDA office building in Madhuban Bapudham
- The Bunkar Mart
- The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana
- The under-construction Road Over Bridge (ROB)
- The Harnandipuram scheme
- The zonal road of Rajnagar Extension
- The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in Noornagar
- The proposed International Cricket Stadium site
The GDA Vice-Chairman reiterated his instructions to complete all projects in a time-bound manner, keeping the public interest in mind.

Emphasis On Greenery
After the inspection, Mr Kalal planted a tree on the MadhubanBapudham scheme premises. He stated that increasing green areas not only enhances the city's beauty but also provides a clean and healthy environment. He also instructed officials to plant as many trees as possible in all schemes developed by the authority and to ensure the regular care of the saplings.
GDA Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh, Chief Engineer in-charge Alok Ranjan, and other officials were present on the occasion.
