Due to a power and traffic block for ongoing bridge work between the Delhi Shahdara-Sahibabad stations in the Delhi area section of the Northern Railway's Delhi Division, eight trains will remain canceled in December. A decision has also been taken to divert four trains.

Separately, a special train will be run from Bhagalpur to Anand Vihar after Chhath Puja.

Amit Kumar Singh, Public Relations Officer of the North Central Railway, Prayagraj Division, provided details on the services affected:

Train Cancellations

On December 13:

Train number 03697 Gaya-Delhi will remain canceled from its originating station.

Train number 64582 Delhi-Hathras Kila will remain canceled from its originating station.

On December 14:

Train number 03698 Delhi-Gaya will remain canceled from its originating station.

Train number 64581 Hathras-Delhi will remain canceled from its originating station.

Partial Cancellations (Short Termination / Short Origination)

On December 14:

Train number 64103 Aligarh-Delhi will short-terminate at Ghaziabad station (it will only run up to Ghaziabad).

Train number 64104 Delhi-Dankaur will short-originate from Ghaziabad station and will remain canceled between Delhi and Ghaziabad.

Train number 64101 Aligarh-Delhi will short-terminate at Ghaziabad station.

Train number 64152 Delhi-Aligarh will short-originate from Ghaziabad station and will remain canceled between Delhi and Ghaziabad.

Train Diversions (Down Line)

On December 13:

Train number 15657 Delhi-Kamakhya will be diverted to run via Delhi-New Delhi-Tilak Bridge-Sahibabad, instead of its scheduled route.

Train number 20434 Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra-Subedarganj will be diverted via Adarsh Nagar Delhi-New Delhi-Tilak Bridge-Sahibabad. It will not halt at Delhi station.

Train number 12312 Kalka-Howrah will be diverted via Adarsh Nagar Delhi-New Delhi-Tilak Bridge-Sahibabad. It will not halt at Delhi station.

Train number 18102 Jammu Tawi-Tatanagar will be diverted via Adarsh Nagar Delhi-New Delhi-Tilak Bridge-Sahibabad. It will not halt at Delhi station.

On December 12:

Train number 15707 Katihar-Amritsar will be diverted to run via Sahibabad-Tilak Bridge-New Delhi-Sabzi Mandi. It will not halt at Delhi Shahdara or Delhi stations.

Train number 15658 Kamakhya-Delhi (journey commencing on December 12) will be diverted to run via Sahibabad-Tilak Bridge-New Delhi-Delhi.

Special Train To Run From Bhagalpur To Anand Vihar

Railways will operate a special train for the convenience of passengers returning to their workplaces from their homes in Bihar after Chhath Puja. A one-way unreserved special train from Bhagalpur to Anand Vihar Terminal has been announced, which will include a stop at Aligarh Junction.

The North Central Railway PRO stated that train number 03433 Bhagalpur-Anand Vihar Terminal one-way unreserved special train will be operated on October 31. This train will also have a stoppage at Aligarh station.
