To improve the traffic system at junctions and T-junctions experiencing high traffic pressure in Ghaziabad, the police have identified 14 locations as traffic congestion points. The number of traffic police personnel at these locations has been increased from 68 to 118. 

The largest increase has been at the Bhopura U-turn. At this location, 13 police personnel have now been deployed instead of five. Furthermore, the police will coordinate with the relevant departments to discuss and implement the necessary on-site measures required for smooth traffic flow.

According to Additional Commissioner of Police, Alok Priyadarshi, 14 locations with high traffic pressure across the three traffic zones of the commissionerate have been identified as new traffic congestion points. The number of traffic police personnel deployed at all these locations has been increased, and work will also be done towards a permanent solution by identifying the root causes of traffic pressure and congestion. 

Along with the Bhopura U-turn, the number of police personnel at Loni T-junction has been increased from 11 to 15. At Lalkuan, the deployment has been raised from nine to 14, and at Naya Bus Adda, 16 personnel have been stationed in place of 10.

Lalkuan, Chaudhary Mod, Naya Bus Adda, the Shipra Mall to NH-9 road, Bharat Petrol Pump in Indirapuram, Shukra Bazaar Chowk, Bhopura U-turn, Loni T-junction, Dasna Underpass, Duhai village cut, Ghookna Mod, as well as Fortune Cut, Ajnara Cut, and the River Height roundabout in Rajnagar Extension, have been identified as traffic congestion points.
