Ghaziabad-Kanpur Expressway Route Update: The new 380-Km-long stretch of the Ghaziabad-Kanpur Expressway, having four lanes is going to enhance travel experience for commuters by connecting multiple districts of Uttar Pradesh. The state is the fourth largest in terms of area and has many expressways connecting different cities. Another route is going to be added to the list of expressways of the state. Ghaziabad-Kanpur Expressway is going to connect Noida and Kanpur, apart from facilitating movemment between nine districts in UP, bringing much relief to the commuters in the region.

Ghaziabad-Kanpur Expressway Route Update: Districts To Be Connected

Ghaziabad-Kanpur Expressway will be connecting the following districts:

-Ghaziabad

-Hapur

-Bulandshahr

-Aligarh

-Kasganj

-Farrukhabad

-Kannaujj

-Unnao

-Kanpur

As per media reports, the work on the expressway is expected to be completed by the year 2026. The expressway, which will be a greenfield expressway will see industrial centers built around it.

The Ghaziabad-Kanpur expressway will ease traffic and congestion related problems. It will save time for commuters who will be using this route. It will take around 5 hours 30 minutes to reach Kanpur from Ghaziabad.

The northern portion of the expressway will be connected to National Highway 9. On the other end, the southern portion of the expressway will be connected to the 62.7-km long Kanpur-Lucknow expressway. The expressway enhances the connectivity between the districts.
