Greater Noida Viral Video: Two car owners in Greater Noida have been fined a combined Rs 1.21 lakh after a social media video showed them performing life-threatening stunts on a public road near a college in Knowledge Park.
The video, which quickly went viral, shows two cars, a Maruti Brezza and a Baleno, engaged in high-speed stunts. In one clip, a Brezza driver is seen accelerating past another vehicle before braking abruptly, while a passenger leans out of the window making hand gestures. The Baleno, in contrast, appears with another young man extending a stick out of the moving car, swinging it dangerously while the vehicle speeds down the road.
The footage, set to popular music and uploaded as an Instagram reel, caught the attention of both viewers and authorities. Acting immediately, Noida Traffic Police tracked down the vehicles involved and issued heavy penalties.

According to officials, the owner of the Baleno was fined Rs 63,500 and the Brezza owner Rs 57,500. The fines were based on multiple violations including dangerous driving, performing stunts in a public area, seatbelt violations, and ignoring traffic norms.
The Noida Traffic Police issued a statement confirming the action, stating that strict measures were taken following the viral video. They also reminded the public that such behaviour not only breaks the law but also puts lives in danger.
“Streets are not racetracks. Such acts are not only illegal but also put others at serious risk,” said a Noida Traffic Police official, urging young drivers to act responsibly.
