Haldwani To Delhi Bus Accident: 12 Injured As Private Bus Overturns On NH-9

A private bus traveling from Haldwani to Delhi overturned on NH-9 near Hitech College on Thursday morning. There were 24 people on board at the time of the accident. Upon hearing the screams of the injured, a highway ambulance and the police arrived at the scene and transported them to the hospital.

According to the police, 12 passengers sustained injuries in the accident and have been admitted to the hospital. The remaining passengers were dispatched to Delhi on another bus. The accident occurred around 4:45 AM. The cause appears to be the driver dozing off at the wheel, and the police are currently investigating the matter.
