Registered trade visitors can enter the fair every day from 9 AM to 6 PM starting April 16 to 19. The four-day exhibition, which is hosted by the Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH), is one of the biggest forums for finding handcrafted fashion, home decor, lifestyle, and gift items manufactured by Indian craftsmen, according to authorities.

Upcoming fair events, according to the organisers, will feature workshops on visual merchandising to assist exhibitors in increasing booth interaction as well as lectures on cybersecurity, software tools for exports, and artificial intelligence in product design.

Singh referred to the exhibition as a celebration of "Vocal for Local" and "Make in India," asserting that it promotes export development, rural employment, and cultural preservation.

“Today, the world is embracing handicrafts and handcrafted products, valuing the skill, expertise, and labour that goes into each piece. India’s expertise in traditional crafts gives us a competitive edge, enabling us to thrive in 80% of the market,” he added.

Singh promised to make policy-level changes while acknowledging issues like the US's increasing tariffs on Indian goods at the event.

“Exporters must diversify markets, explore free trade agreements (FTAs), and expand product lines to sustain growth,” he added.

The exhibition, according to its organisers, features over 3,000 exhibitors spread across 16 halls with a focus on products, as well as access to 900 permanent showrooms (Marts) that are held by top Indian exporters. They also said that buyers had pre-registered from more than 100 nations.
