The Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport (CCSIA) in Lucknow has been upgraded to Level-2 certification by Airports Council International (ACI) World, recognising its improved passenger service standards. The airport earlier held Level-1 certification, which it received in 2022.

Passenger-assistance initiatives such as boarding pass printing, self-baggage drop, and Digi Yatra registration were also evaluated. Additionally, ACI reviewed common-use self-service kiosks, e-gates, and aerobridges at the departure courtyard, affirming their role in enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
