After the 29-storey Narmada Apartment in Gomti Nagar Extension, the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced plans to construct a 27-storey residential apartment complex on Mill Road in Aishbagh. The project, named Aishbagh Square, will feature 384 luxury flats.
LDA Vice-Chairman Prathmesh Kumar has issued orders for the project, with registrations opening from January 29 to February 28. He said Aishbagh Square enjoys a prime location with excellent connectivity, making it one of the few viable large-scale housing projects in the densely populated areas of old Lucknow.

The project site is located close to Charbagh railway station, a metro station, and major markets such as Naka, Alambagh, and Aminabad. According to the Vice-Chairman, an online demand survey was conducted before approving the project, and construction was cleared only after receiving a positive response from potential buyers.
Registration for the flats will be conducted exclusively through the LDA website. Applicants are required to deposit 5 per cent of the estimated flat cost as a registration fee, while candidates from reserved categories will need to deposit 2.5 per cent. Flats will be allotted through a lottery system.
Aishbagh Square will be developed over an area of 17,910 square metres and will consist of four towers, each rising 27 storeys. The project will offer three-BHK plus study flats, each with a built-up area of approximately 1,900 square feet, with prices starting from Rs 1.11 crore.
Officer on Special Duty Devansh Trivedi said the residential complex will offer a range of modern amenities, including a swimming pool, landscaped park, clubhouse, children’s play area, power backup, and parking space for more than 600 vehicles. Commercial shops will also be developed within the premises to meet the daily needs of residents.
The construction of Aishbagh Square is targeted for completion within three years, while possession of the flats is expected to be handed over to allottees within five years. After allotment, buyers will be required to pay the total cost of the flat in instalments over a period of 36 months.
