Lucknow SIR: With only a few days remaining until the December 4th deadline for completing the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise in Uttar Pradesh and other states, it is crucial to ensure that you have submitted your form. If you have not filled out your form under the SIR process yet, please do so immediately. Failure to complete the form will result in your name being removed from the upcoming voter list.

Don’t assume you’re already on the 2003 or current voter list. Every voter is required to submit the form, regardless of whether they are already listed. The Election Commission has set a firm deadline of December 5th, 2025, if you miss it, there will be no further opportunity to register, and you will not be able to vote. Therefore, it is imperative that every eligible voter participates in the SIR process.

Assistant District Election Officer Abhay Kishore has confirmed that Booth Level Officers (BLOs) will be available at their respective booths daily from 11 AM onwards. If a BLO has not yet visited your home, you can reach them at the booth. Additionally, information about the process is available at the nearest voter registration centre. Two copies of the form are being delivered to each household.
