A Culture Headquarters building will be constructed near Shaheed Path in Lucknow. The offices of all directorates under the Culture Department will be shifted to this building.
Additionally, a Tourism and Culture Park will be developed in the capital. Items related to tourism and culture will be displayed in this park. The park will be selected soon after obtaining a list of parks from the Municipal Corporation.

During a review meeting of the Culture and Tourism Department at Paryatan Bhawan in Gomti Nagar on Tuesday, Minister Jayveer Singh stated that the new campus of the Bhatkhande Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, to be established in Kakrabad, will be developed to an international standard. He also mentioned the launch of a double-decker bus service from 1090 Crossing to the Residency to promote tourism in Lucknow. He will inaugurate it himself on January 6.
The Minister instructed officials to prepare a project to establish Lucknow's reputation as an international tourist destination, similar to Agra and Kashi. The minister has warned officials that strict action will be taken against those who delay tourism projects. He also reviewed the updated status of expenditure against the funds allocated for the financial year 2025-26 for the Culture and Tourism Department.

Bhawan stated that the quality of musical instruments distributed to folk artists through Gram Panchayats should not be compromised. He reviewed the beautification of Ramlila grounds in Hardoi, Etah, Aligarh, Chitrakoot, Pilibhit, Firozabad, and Mainpuri, and said that the construction work should be completed soon. He also gave instructions to expedite the completion of cultural centres under construction in Raebareli, Badaun, Kannauj, Chitrakoot, and Lucknow.
