The service, originally inaugurated virtually by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on November 8, faced delays after Saharanpur MLAs requested a timetable change from Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw. 2. Low Demand And Occupancy: The shift in schedule (afternoon departure from Lucknow instead of morning) and the change in terminal station have impacted popularity.
