Due to ongoing concourse construction at Lucknow Junction, the operation of several trains will be affected between November 20 and December 23. According to Chief Public Relations Officer Pankaj Kumar Singh, engineering work on platforms 4 and 5 will require multiple trains to be short-terminated, short-originated, or diverted during this period. The terminals of several services have also been changed.

Key Changes in Train Operations

-15031/15032 Gorakhpur-Lucknow Jn-Gorakhpur Intercity Express will be short-terminated/originated at Aishbagh instead of Lucknow Junction from November 20 to December 23 (except Tuesdays).

-15069 Gorakhpur-Aishbagh Express - From November 20 to December 22, the train will terminate at Gomtinagar at 09:46 AM instead of Aishbagh.

-15070 Aishbagh-Gorakhpur Express will depart from Gomtinagar at 05:02 PM between November 20 and December 22, replacing Aishbagh as its origin station.

-15009/15010 Gorakhpur-Pilibhit-Gorakhpur Express- Engine reversal will take place at Daliganj, and the train will remain cancelled between Daliganj and Lucknow during the same period.

-Darbhanga-Delhi Special Train Diverted

Due to construction work at Deoria station, several trains will also face operational changes:

- On November 19, the 02569 Darbhanga-New Delhi Special will run via a diverted route: Chhapra-Siwan-Kaptanganj.

- On November 20, the same train will be delayed for 30 minutes.
