Buyers of seven Amrapali projects in Noida from 2017 have yet to complete their verification, despite repeated extensions over the past four years. The Court Receiver (CR) has issued a notification urging these buyers to submit necessary documents and clear outstanding payments by stipulated deadlines. Failure to comply will result in their verification being denied.
The verification process, supervised by the National Building Construction Company (NBCC) under the Court Receiver's guidance, includes projects such as Sapphire-1, Sapphire-2, Princely Estate, Silicon City-1, Platinum, Titanium, Zodiac and Eden Park Society. Buyers are required to submit documents to the respective Apartment Owners Association (AOA) or Residents Welfare Association (RWA), which will forward them to the Court Receiver's office.
Key deadlines for document submission and payment include:
Sapphire-1: January 15
Eden Park-2 and Eden Park: January 15
Princely Estate: January 25
Zodiac: January 30
Platinum: February 20
Silicon City: March 15
Buyers must deposit their outstanding amounts via UCO Bank on the Court Receiver’s website and share proof of payment with their respective AOA or RWA.

Out of 38,000 flats across 24 Amrapali projects in Noida-Greater Noida, NBCC has completed and handed over 24,000 units. However, 4,000 flat owners have not taken possession or completed their registry. Despite multiple reminders, many buyers remain unresponsive.
The Supreme Court recently ordered the sale of flats where buyers fail to take possession. NBCC requires an additional Rs 500 crore to complete the remaining 14,000 flats. Buyers have been urged to act promptly to avoid losing their flats and to support the completion of these long-delayed projects.
