A speeding Audi struck and killed a 63-year-old man in Uttar Pradesh's Noida, early Sunday morning. The incident, captured on CCTV, occurred around 6:30 am near Kanchenjunga Apartment in Noida’s Sector 53 and is now going viral on social media. It comes days after outrage over the deaths of two men in Maharashtra’s Pune after a speeding Porsche, allegedly driven by an intoxicated teenager, ran over them.
The victim, identified as Janak Dev Shah, was a retired All India Radio employee residing in Sector 53. The footage shows Shah crossing the road when the speeding Audi hit him, causing him to be thrown several feet into the air before landing.

The incident comes days after outrage over the deaths of two techies in #Pune after a speeding Porsche driven by a drunk teen rammed them.

Shah was on his way to buy milk when the accident occurred. When he did not return home, his family began searching for him and eventually found his body on the road, an NDTV report said.

Noida Police have registered a complaint and are actively searching for the car and its owner. Police also urged witnesses or anyone with information to come forward as they continue their investigation into this fatal accident.
This incident comes amid the ongoing investigation into a similar case involving a Porsche crash in Pune, where two techies were killed by the speeding luxury car, which was allegedly driven by an intoxicated teenager.
