The fire broke out due to a short circuit in the hospital, Jagran.com reported. Once the fire was extinguished, the smoke was taken out with the help of a smoke extraction system.
A similar incident took place at Metro Hospital of Noida Sector-12 on Wednesday after a fire broke out in the physiotherapy department of the hospital.
