Noida MLA Pankaj Singh inaugurated the highly anticipated 'Jungle Trail,' a Waste-to-Wonder theme park located on 18.27 acres near the Mahamaya Flyover in Sector-94 on Monday. In a symbolic gesture, the MLA had NCC cadets cut the ribbon to officially open the park to the public.
Following the inauguration, MLA Pankaj Singh toured the premises on an e-cart to observe the installations.
Waste To Art: More Than 650 Sculptures From 400 Tonnes Of Scrap
Built at a cost of approximately Rs 25 crore, the park is a testament to sustainable art. Artists have transformed around 400 tonnes of scrap metal—including old iron rods, electrical wires, poles, and other waste material that had been lying unused in Noida for years—into magnificent sculptures.
- The park features over 650 sculptures of animals and birds.
- Structures include elephants, lions, giraffes, penguins, sharks, and cobras, all crafted entirely from scrap.
Six Zones Of The Jungle Trail
The park is divided into six distinct zones, each featuring life-sized sculptures of animals native to specific continents:
Asia Zone: Tiger, elephant, rhino, panda.

Light and Sound: The park is equipped with a light and sound system that plays the roars and calls of wild animals, creating a "night safari" atmosphere. The sculptures are illuminated at night, enhancing their beauty.
