Noida Man Severs His Genitals After Dispute With Wife Over Sexual Relationship

A 45-year-old man in Uttar Pradesh's Noida severed his genitals after a heated argument with his wife over physical relations. The incident occurred in the Dadri Kotwali area late at night when the man returned home under the influence of alcohol. Enraged by the dispute, he inflicted severe injury using a kitchen knife. He also reportedly stabbed himself in the neck prior to the incident.

Dadri Community Health Center in-charge Dr Ravindra confirmed the man's critical condition. He was initially treated at the health centre before being referred to the district hospital for advanced care.

In a separate incident in Greater Noida, a 27-year-old delivery worker was arrested for allegedly murdering a 22-year-old woman, identified as Nisha, following a dispute over marriage conditions. Police stated that the woman had demanded the man secure a government job as a precondition for marriage.

The accused, Vijay, reportedly killed Nisha on Sunday night. A case of murder has been registered under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita at Badalpur police station, based on a complaint filed by Nisha’s father, Rajesh Kumar.

The two had reportedly been friends for six years before the incident escalated into violence. Vijay was taken into custody shortly after the incident occurred.
