At least two people arrested in Noida after a video showing a man allegedly harassing a woman in another car went viral on social media. The incident reportedly involved one of the accused blowing flying kisses and waving repeatedly at the woman while following her vehicle, prompting outrage online.

After the clip surfaced, police traced the red MG Hector seen in the video, arrested both individuals, and seized the car. According to News18, the accused have been identified as Amit Kumar from Azamgarh district and Abhishek from Mainpuri district in Uttar Pradesh. Both were living in Noida at the time of the incident.

The viral video shows the driver blowing kisses at the woman seated in another car, while another man sitting in the back seat is seen smiling. The person who recorded the video captured the vehicle’s registration number and can be heard saying that the man appeared drunk and was misbehaving while they were travelling with their family, including a woman in their car.

In a separate incident, the Noida police on Saturday arrested a former employee of a city-based firm for allegedly generating fake invoices worth nearly Rs 10 crore to fraudulently claim input tax credit of about Rs 1.8 crore. The accused, Abhinav Tyagi, a Moradabad native currently residing in Greater Noida’s Bisrakh area, was taken into custody by the cyber police.

Additional DCP (Central Noida) Shavya Goyal said Tyagi, who worked in the firm’s accounts section and handled GST filings, planned the fraud with an accomplice. Police recovered mobile phones, SIM cards, documents, a laptop and a car from him, and a case has been registered under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the IT Act as efforts continue to trace the accomplice.
