The Shridh am Express, traveling from Jabalpur to Nizamuddin, was searched following a bomb threat. Panic spread among the passengers when they saw the train being checked. Everyone began trying to find out the reason for the inspection. Passengers breathed a sigh of relief after no bomb was found, and the train was dispatched.
Panic Spreads As Passengers See Train Being Checked
Information was received in Bhopal about a bomb in the general coach of the Shridh am Express. Following this, the train began to be checked at every station. The train arrived at platform number two of Mathura Junction railway station at 10:02 am. Upon its arrival, the RPF (Railway Protection Force), GRP (Government Railway Police), and a dog squad reached the scene.
The rear general coach of the train was meticulously checked. Seats and other areas were inspected. Seeing the check, passengers disembarked from the train. Other passengers at the station also began inquiring about the reason for the inspection.

Checked In Jhansi, Agra As Well; No Bomb Found
Passengers became apprehensive upon seeing the inspection for a bomb threat and were frightened to travel. When no bomb was found in the train, everyone breathed a sigh of relief. The train was dispatched towards its destination at 10:10 am.

RPF Station In-charge UK Tripathi stated that information about a bomb in the train's general coach had been received in Bhopal. Following this, the train was checked in Jhansi and Agra, and then also in Mathura. He confirmed that "Nothing of any kind has been found on the train."
