In a recent decision, the Uttar Pradesh State Cabinet has approved a land deal facilitating the expansion of Raphe mPhibr and the relocation of the Parag Dairy plant.

Raphe mPhibr has purchased the land currently occupied by Praag Dairy in Noida Phase II for Rs 1.01 billion to accommodate its expansion plans. The state government had previously decided to allocate this land to the company, a move that follows the inauguration of Raphe mPhibr in August by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. As part of this approved transaction, the Noida Authority will be required to transfer the land free of charge.

Consequently, the Parag Dairy plant will be relocated from Noida Phase II to the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) area. The State Cabinet has formally allocated a ten-acre plot of land in YEIDA's Sector 32 for this purpose.

The new Parag Dairy plant in YEIDA is slated to be operational within two years and will have a processing capacity of 400,000 litres of milk per day. This will be Parag Dairy's first facility in the YEIDA region, and the company will bear the expenses for relocating its machinery from the old Noida plant.

With the establishment of this new plant, Parag Dairy products will be sold in the YEIDA region, contributing to the area's growing dairy market. This development comes after YEIDA recently allocated 100-square-metre plots to Mother Dairy for marketing milk products in its sectors.
