Uttar Pradesh Housing Board: The Uttar Pradesh Housing Board will be offering more than 150 plots in the Siddharth Vihar Township, which is located close to Delhi. This township is within a 30-minute drive range from Delhi's Connaught Place and Noida City Centre.
Shaheed Sthal (New Bus Adda) Metro Station and the Ghaziabad Rapid Rail Station are also about 5 kilometres away from this area.
The Housing Board has already built the Ganga, Yamuna, Hindon, Brahmaputra, and Kanshiram Yojana Towers in the Siddharth Vihar Township. At present, the area is inhibited by around 40,000 people.
In the Delhi-NCR area, Siddharth Vihar is gradually becoming a more modern and suitable residential area, with affordable plots and excellent connectivity.

According to the Housing Board, around 30% of Siddharth Vihar Township has been developed. Given its strategic position, it is becoming a popular residential option for many.
Last year, plot rates increased from Rs 58,820 to Rs 65,000 per square metre. Currently, a 100 square metre plot costs around Rs 65 lakh.
To improve connectivity, the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) intends to build a 24-metre-wide road and a cloverleaf junction connecting Siddharth Vihar Township to the Hindon Elevated Road.
In addition, a bridge across the Hindon River is proposed to connect Siddharth Vihar and the Trans Hindon settlements. A 72-kilometre RRTS route is also envisaged to connect Siddharth Vihar to Greater Noida West and Noida International Airport.
