UP Crime: A shocking case of sexual abuse has come to light, where a 12-year-old 8th-grade student was allegedly subjected to repeated rape by the manager of her school, Devendra Kushwaha. The victim's father, a PAC jawan, lodged a complaint with the police on Sunday, leading to the registration of a case against the accused.

According to the complaint, the manager would call the minor girl to his office on the pretext of discussing her studies and then sexually assault her. He allegedly threatened to fail her in exams and harm her family if she disclosed the abuse.

The victim, who was reportedly terrified and traumatised, eventually broke down and revealed the horrifying ordeal to her father. She told him that the manager would call her to his office, lock the door, and commit the heinous act, threatening her that if she told anyone, he would fail her in exams and harm her family.

The girl's father stated that his daughter had been acting strangely and seemed scared, but he had no idea what was happening until she finally opened up to him.

The father lodged a complaint with the police, who have taken the accused into custody and initiated an investigation. A forensic team visited the school to collect evidence, and a crowd gathered outside the school premises during the probe.

According to the CO Sadar police station in Deoria, Sanjay Kumar Reddy, the police have registered a case of rape against the accused manager based on the father’s complaint. The accused has been taken into custody and is being interrogated. A forensic team also visited the school to collect evidence. The police are investigating the case.
