UP Teacher Facial Video:  A primary school head teacher in Uttar Pradesh's Unnao district was caught on camera getting a facial from one of the assistant teachers during school hours on Thursday morning. The unusual scene unfolded while the students were sitting without teachers in the classes, but instead of teaching them, Sangeeta Singh, the headmistress of the primary school was taking the 'beauty treatment' in the kitchen. The incident came to light after another assistant teacher Anam Khan caught wind of it and recorded the shocking mockery of the education system on her mobile phone camera.

Anam Khan made a video of walking and unlocking the gate of the school kitchen where she caught the headmistress red-handed. However, the act of bravery backfired as she was allegedly beaten by the headmistress, who also tried to bite her and left her hand bleeding. In the later part of the video Anam Khan was seen distressed with cut marks on her hands. According to the police, the incident took place in a primary school in Dandamau village of Bighapur block.

The block education officer (BEO) has initiated an inquiry into the allegation against Sangeeta Singh, and the Bighapur police have filed a case following the completion of Anam Khan's medical examination.

"We received a complaint from the assistant teacher of the school in Dandamau village that the headmistress was getting a facial done on the premises and beat her up when caught. We will take necessary action," Bighapur Circle Officer Maya Rai said.

According to a report in Amar Ujala, this was not the first instance of the headmistress being involved in violence. Before this, she had argued with teachers and issued threats. This is because her husband is posted in BRC, and he is said to be very close to the Block Education Officer.
