UP Rains:  Uttar Pradesh has witnessed pleasant weather for the last three days. The temperature is dropping along with the cloud cover in the sky. Since UP was suffering from extreme heat, the past few days have been rather comforting due to moderate rains in several districts.

According to the latest update by the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Uttar Pradesh is likely to see rainfall till August 6. The weather agency has also issued an alert for the same. Heavy rains were also forecast for the state today.

The weather service said that Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh are also experiencing this flurry of rainfall. During this time, there may be significant rainfall, especially in West Uttar Pradesh.

These Districts To See Rainfall

The IMD's most recent report indicates that rain is possible in several West UP districts, including Kasganj, Meerut, Garhmukteshwar, Siyana, Amroha, and Moradabad. At this time, rain is also possible in the eastern UP.

Mirzapur, Chandauli, Varanasi, Sant Kabirnagar, Shravasti, Bahraich, Lakhimpur Kheri, Sitapur, Kanpur, Saharanpur, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Meerut, Agra, Firozabad, Auraiya, Amroha, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur, Sambhal, Banda, Chitrakoot, Bijnor, Moradabad, Rampur, Hamirpur, Mahoba, Jhansi, and surrounding areas of Uttar Pradesh could see rain.

According to the meteorological service, August will bring both heat and rain to the residents of the state.
