Noida Pushta Road: The Noida Authority has formally requested the Uttar Pradesh government to designate a 32-kilometre stretch of Yamuna Pushta Road, which extends from Sector 94 near the Delhi border at Kalindi Kunj barrage to Sector 150, as a national highway. This stretch runs parallel to the Noida Expressway and connects to the Yamuna Expressway at Pari Chowk. The proposal aims to develop a new expressway to manage the expected increase in traffic due to rising corporate activity and the forthcoming Noida International Airport, set to open in April next year.

The push for this new expressway is driven by the significant growth in corporate presence in the area, alongside the anticipated traffic surge linked to the airport. The Noida Authority has recommended that this stretch be designed as either an eight-lane roadway or a six-lane elevated corridor.
